Windows 11 Preparing automatic repair stuck

Hello I need some help please. My HP Pavilion laptop is stuck in this automatic repair loop. I've tried everything on this forum and you tube, Google, and still no luck. It started when my fan started making a grinding noise. I bought a new fan, installed it, now it is stuck in this loop. I've attempted to update BIOS but it tells me update failed. I've ran tests on the diagnostics page on every component and they all pass. I don't know what else to do. Please help. Thank you in advance. R Chavez.
