Windows 11 Pressing Alt shutting down tabs and programs.

Hey. I'm having a keyboard issue. When I press Alt the FnLock, F4, F5 and F6 keys activates. This results in tabs and programs closing. Really annoying. Video of the issue Hope someone can help.
