Windows 11 Pressing restart doesn't work Windows 11

I can shutdown my system just fine, but restarting just closes all apps and leaves a black screen while (pc still keeps running). I can't even access the Windows Troubleshoot menu with SHIFT + Restart. If I pressed restart, the only thing I could do is to force shutdown computer and power it on again, and it would power back to Windows.I also sometimes get CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bsod's.How should I go on about fixing this?
