Hi everyone. I found a couple of threads on this topic but they're both locked so I decided to start a new one here. The problem I had been experiencing was that my external USB hard drive would enter sleep/suspend mode after a few seconds, requiring several seconds to come live again everytime it was accessed. The suggestions mentioned in the other threads were not an option in my case since the options presented in those do not appear on my system. I managed to solve the problem by doing the following:1. In Device Manager, expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers".2. Right click on "USB Mass
