Windows 10 Preview pane shows only every second pdf file

Hi. Since the last update that happened overnight about 10-12 days ago I can only see every second pdf in the preview pane. The only changes I can see that the ribbon that shows the pages and the arrows up and down, got on the top instead of the bottom. I am an accountant and working more or less paperless, I need to rename hundreds of files according to their content but now the whole process is a pain. Please if someone know a solution, let me know how to fix it. Thanks in advance.
