Windows 10 Print driver being changed to Enhanced Point and Print in Win10

We recently rolled out Xerox printers; models B8145, B8170, C8170, B9110. Setup the printers to share from the WinSvr 2019 print server.Client computer installs the printer and even though the server has the Xerox driver installed, the client computer chooses MS Enhanced Point and Print driver. This causes the printers to not work properly. Even if we manually change the driver on the client machine to the Xerox V4 PCL6 driver, within 2 min we watch it automatically switch back to the Enhanced MS P& P.
