Windows 11 Printer installed but not on the printer list

The printer appeared on the device list and says it is installed (name: First-Floor). But no matter what program I try to print from, the printer is not on the list. Only printing to PDF is an option for me. I've tried printing from both online and offline programs. I have also tried clicking on manually add the printer and it does appear on the list but when I click on it, it asks to install the drivers which are already installed.
