Hi There, Since upgrading to Win11, whenever I process a print job, I get a message saying connecting to printer, the only option available is cancel, it never connects to my printer, and when canceling it freeze locks this document. I am forced to close the application with Task Manager, and retry the print job. I Have reloaded the printer driver manually, I have done a full online repair on my Office applications. Restarted the device and the problem persists, What can I do to resolve this problem as printing is part of my daily work routine.
