Windows 10 Printing issues.

Since a Windows 10 software update a few months ago I have not been able to send print jobs to any of my two printers. HP Officejet 3830 or Canon MX432. Have removed and re-installed printer drivers numerous times to no avail. I have received error code 0x00007d1. The scan function from the HP Officejet 3830 is still working.
