After several hours of troubleshooting to understand why the printer's document queue would freeze when printing a specific Microsoft Word document, I finally identified the issue and pinpointed reproducible steps.The problem was with the document's filename, which contained Croatian letters like ć and/or č, causing the Windows print spooler to hang. Strangely, this only occurs with .docx files—if the file is a .pdf with the same characters, it prints without any issues!The issue happens regardless of whether I use the "HP Smart" software or print without it.Would this be considered a bug?
