After attempting automatic updates initiated by a TurboTax 2020, received Fatal Error 1603. Downloaded the manual update file for the program, and installed it successfully (?). The program was started and received the notice that updates were being installed, but received Fatal Error 1603. Uninstalled the program; rebooted and attempted to reinstall the program. Received a notice that a version of the program was installed and to remove it - it had been removed. There must be program remnants left in the registry, and there is no program folder in Program Folder; Program Folder (x86); Windows; Program Data; users. Used AdvancedUninstaller Pro to do a registry clean. Did a regedit to delete any program remnant.

Any suggestions?
