Windows 11 Problem with my microphone

Good afternoon, I need help with my Huawei PC Model BOHB-WAX9 because I installed a new operating system and the microphone stopped working, meaning there is no microphone device in the device manager. I thought it was something related to Drivers but I'm not sure. Can someone help me?
