Windows 10 Problem with the Windows update 2021-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for arm64-based Systems (KB5008212) and my Samsung Galaxy Book 2

I have a Samsung Galaxy Book 2 tablet running Windows 10 20H2 build 19042.928. There is a problem with the Windows update 2021-12 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for arm64-based Systems (KB5008212). Every time the update is installed it breaks Windows such that it will no longer boot up. I have to attempt and fail to boot 3 times at which point the system does an automatic recovery removing the update. Yet Windows updates continually sets up this update to be loaded onto my system. Is there a way to refuse this update or set it never to install?
