Windows 10 Problem with windows update Error: (0x80070643)

I've followed steps from a post of the same problem posted on 07/04/2024 however the "tool" if you don't use Bitlocker doesn't give me those check mark boxes. Nobody is replying to my added question problems. Can somebody help with that error code?Respectfully,Barry
