Windows 11 Problems installing MYSQL 8.4

I am trying to install MYSQL 8.4 LTS and it tells me I need to install Visual Studio 2019 x64 Redistributable.Can you advise on doing this, please?I am assuming it is available free to use.I'm running Windows 11 64-bit.ThxI am having great difficulty classifying this below.My apologies if this is wholly incorrect.
