so, i got ahold of a laptop that someone threw out. there account is still on it and locked however. so i tried to system reset from the recovery menu? the thing that comes up when you hold Shift on restart. at first it wasn't doing anything, id click on reset and then it would just... bring me back to the home screen. however if i first clicked to start with the operating system of recovery, then it allowed me to reset it. New problem arose however, as after starting a factory reset, at about 30% it gives the message that there was a problem restarting, and nothing was changed.i cant access m
