Windows 11 Problems w/USB ports with latest Windows 11 update

After I installed the most recent Windows 11 updates in July, two of my peripherals (Logitech webcam and Dell speakerphone) were no longer recognized when connected via USB and could not be accessed by my apps.I tried to install new drivers thinking that was the problem but both devices no longer showed up in the Device Manager so I couldn't even update the firmware on the devices. After some online research, I was pointed to check the USB status in the Device Manager. When I was trying to troubleshoot the speakerphone, I saw "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)" but this error message d
