Windows 11 Problems With Choppiness And Dual Monitors

So hi I need some help. I turned on my PC today and instantly noticed my second monitor not working when it did yesterday. When I loaded up astroneer or msm or even fortnite everything was choppy. Currently running a memory problem test and I want to know micrsofts take (p.s I have recently installed steam and with it astroneer msm and the last descendant and I noticed Choppiness last night.)
