Windows 10 Problems with copying and opening photos on a camera in Windows 10

I can no longer open or copy pictures from my camera to my computer.When I try to open a picture and/or copy a picture from my camera to my computer, it works fine one or two times. But after that, I get a message that "I have no rights to access the pictures". i'm actually he administrator of both my camera and my computer and should have all acces to everything on them.Then when I try to copy a picture from the camera to my computer, I get the message that the action is not allowed.(The messages are in Swedish so I don't know if it is any ideas to take screendumps of them).I've noticed that
