Windows 11 Problems with display scale on windows 11

Hello,I recently set up a new monitor and tried adjusting the display scaling. However, when I increase the scale beyond 100% and restart my PC, several functions stop working. Icons lose their textures, File Explorer doesn’t show images or videos, and Task Manager won’t open, among other issues.I’d appreciate any help or suggestions for fixing these problems.
