Whenever I launch a game the windows desktop manager, antimalware service executable, system and many other random windows processes will just start using almost all of my gpu and cpu. I'm not quite sure why this is happening, going into a clean boot also hasn't helped. I have also factory reset my laptop at least 3 times. I also know that this shouldn't be because of my specs, because I had an old laptop that was worse and worked better, this laptop also was working for probably the first week that I bought it (probably 8 months ago).
