Windows 11 Problems with headphones and drivers in Windows 11

Windows 11: I noticed that among the audio controllers, I have the LG SH5(3F) device driver, I have never used this device and do not have it. After uninstalling the driver, it reinstalls itself automatically. In the sound settings, I also have LG SH5(3F) listed as headphones. How can I get rid of this device? The next problem is with wired headphones. When I plug in the minijack, a window with options appears - I choose headphones, but I can't hear anything. When I select speakers, the headphones start working. After unplugging the minijack, I can hear sound from the speakers. Once I identify
