I have gone to your chat box three times. Your robot has canned responses and in no way is helpful. Will not connect me to a human. Your customer service is appalling.My computer and keyboard worked fine yesterday. When I opened my computer this morning, Microsoft completed an update. A screen then came up telling me I had tried to log in too many times in error, gave me the code A1B2C3 to enter to regain access to my laptop. I hadn't tried to log in at all yet. I go to type in the code, and I can't because my keyboard no longer works for all keys. It would not type the number 2 of you
