Windows 10 Problems with Windows Activation after upgrading from Win 7 to Windows 10 PRO

1. This is a domain computer

2. Installed the upgrade from a download from Microsoft Open License site.

3. I logged in as Domain admin and tried to Activate Windows.

4. Tried to use the Trouble Shoot option and it never completed or even popped up an error.

5. Domain admin is in the local Administrator group


Event log errors are shown below. Not sure what do do now. I have 27 more computers to upgrade.

License Activation (slui.exe) failed with the following error code:

This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
