Windows 11 Problems with Word

I'm currently having issues with word on the requards that when I open and use a past made document it comes up with this "SIGN IN REQUIRED: we can't upload or download your changes because your cached creditionals have expired". When I attempt to sign in nothing occurs. How do I fix this issue because it's starting to annoy me.
