Windows 11 process name "TCP/IP" is eating up all my gpu resources which is leading to overheating of my laptop

it is located in system 32 named as "TCPSVCS.EXE". i tried running an antivirus also microsoft safety sanner but it didnt help.when i manually end the process from task manager my gpu usage decreases and my laptop cools down.i have omen 16 3050ti with ryzen 7 processor running windows 10.
