Windows 10 Product activation by phone does not work for the Lithuanian region

I am calling the phone number (800) 22032 for the Lithuanian region. It is not possible to activate products by phone for about a week. Verification with three digits does not work, every time the robot's voice informs that the verification failed, although I entered the numbers correctly.
