Windows 10 Programs Suddenly Crashing on Windows 10

I opened a photo with photo app and it worked. I opened it a few minutes later and it closed without opening the photo. Then I tried opening the task manager and it is crashing.Why is it doing this now? I didn't do anything else except click on a photo and task manager???
