For EC2 Windows server creation, I have to write everything in powershell userdata script. So I have the command to set proxy:Set-ItemProperty -Path $regKey -Name ProxyServer -Value ...Set-ItemProperty -Path $regKey -Name ProxyEnable -Value ...I can see the values in registry as well after the above commands are run.
