Windows 11 ps3 controller gets to 10000 ms latency on pc

i am using DsHidMini and BthPS3about ps3 controller ; ( usb ) works fine (speaking about bluetooth) it connects automatically and works fine but it gets stuck at some point for 3-5 seconds , it says "over 10000 milliseconds latency" (meanwhile, i can't even close the controller) ,and then it works fine for some time and gets stuck again for 3-5 seconds ( again ) .
