PUADlManager:Win32/OfferCore file/virus is preventing me from accessing my desktop. As well as, not allowing me to use safe mode or read a USB Key. I'm also in a loop with "Preparing Automatic Repair". After a few minutes the screen goes black. If I do nothing but wait, the computer eventually goes into sleep mode. I can access my mobo bios to change hard drive boot order and other basic things but that's about it. So, I got a Windows 10 ISO on a USB.
