Windows 10 Purchased used Dell computer. Now it wants me to log into a school after resetting

Hi I recently purchased a used Dell computer. I’ve been using it for about a month. Yesterday I reset it and chose to download the software from the cloud and not from on the computer. Now when I am trying to set it up it is telling me to sign in using a school account. Is there any fix to this?
