Hi there,In 2018 I purchased a version of Windows with my original PC but during upgrades lost the activation and the key. Therefore in 2022 I again purchased Windows home, this time as a standalone purchase on the Microsoft website.Once again during various updates I lost the activation and I am being prompted for a product key to reactivate windows, but the product key is not available in either the email I recieved, nor is it available on the website; I can find the pruchase in my order history easily enough, but every link is a broken link, and there is no reference whatsoever to a product
