Windows 11 Purchased Wireless Comfort Desktop keyboard mouse ref 5050 and it is not compatible with windows 11

The Product comes with a usb dongle to work both items. Plug and Play si perfect with windows 11 because both items work instantly.. The problem is that the mouse lags and does not work correctly and the keyboard also does not work correctly since when you press keys they do not appear instantly and makes typing a mess. I have read all the fixes concerning this same problem in all the community and applying all the troubleshooting fixes testing all usb slots, etc. etc. Is there a fix for this?
