Windows 11 Purhased Jlab talk microphone and my laptop is not detecting it in settings

I purchased a new microphone, when I try to set it up on my laptop there it is not being detected in settings - sound. I have checked all the settings are on, & microphone is lit up and on, but it is not detecting it.
