Windows 11 Q no. 1: Why the sleep mode is not working on my Dell latitude 5400 ? and what's wrong with lid settings!

1- I am using windows 11 pro on my Dell Latitude 5400 laptop, When I set it to sleep mode, after a few minutes (~5 minutes) it wakes up itself, I have checked the setting but it did not work for me.2- I have set the settings to "do nothing" when I pull down the lid But when I unfold the screen, trackpad(mouse) didn't work until I restart my laptop.How to solve these issue! Please help.Thanks
