Windows 11 Question about my laptop and accounts

Hey y'all! I recently got this new laptop from my school, and we're using our Microsoft accounts managed by the school on these, but i would also like to add my personal account to the laptop since our school accounts are quite limited. However, i cant add the account from settings since there is no options to do so, so I wanted to ask if there's there any way to add the account, or is that impossible since my laptop is managed by my school and i have no access to the admin privileges?
