Windows 10 Question about pc apps

Hi Community!I have a quick question about pc apps. I have extractors for different games to get 3d assets for personal use. If the extractors are for different games can i have them on the same windows install? or can they corrupt outputted files if the file type is the same? (obj or fbx). Also if a extractor is for 2 games can i extract files from both of them or can that corrupt exported/extracted files?Kind regards!
