Windows 10 Quick Access - Need To Reinstate File Name in Recent Files

I have some files showing up on Quick Access. A while back I removed one of these by right clicking and choosing Remove from Quick Access. I want to have this file show up again in QA. How do I do this? One method that I tried was to open the file, make an edit and Save As, overwriting the original, but this didn't make it reappear in QA.
