I routinely assist a blind user who uses a screen reader (Jaws). We use Quick Assist, which he would normally get to with keyboard shortcuts, then use ALT-Tab to get focus, then tab to the box to enter the number generated on my end. We just updated to the newest version, and ALT-Tab does not return focus to QA, and there is no way for him to tab to the entry box. This is a critical failure from our point of view, since I can't login to his machine when he needs assistance. I may crosspost since it's not clear this is the correct forum.
