Windows 10 Quick Assist keeps disconnecting

I am trying to help a co-worker remotely.We both are running Windows 10.We both start Quick Assist (I select Help Someone - He selects Needs Help)I get a code and give it to him.He enters the code.I am now connected to his Laptop, but the connection ends automatically after about 30 seconds.We have tried this several timesWe have both uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled Quick AssistWe still run into the same problem.The last time we did this, about 6 months ago, we had no issues.Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?
