Windows 10 Quick Assist updated version elevation

Hi all,I used quick assit to support remote clients all the time, user don´t have admin right in their PCs but I could connect with a non elevated quick assist session and from it make shift right click on C:\Windows\System32\quickassist.exe and run anothe instance with a user with admin rights so I got a new quick assist elevated session.That worked like a charm until Microsoft decided to update quick assist and now I´m no able to launch the app using shift rght click on the icon, I can´t even double click on it, it has to be launched from start menu icon which doesn´t give the option to run
