Windows 11 Quick Settings Closes When Clicked (Windows 11)

I've been facing this problem in Windows 11 for a very long time, where whenever I open quick settings and click on any button or slider, the settings menu just closes. It's really a great inconvenience and ruins the experience. All my drivers are up to date. The most recent quality update installed is, "2023-05 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5026515)".
