Windows 11 Quick Settings not working on Windows 11 after upgrading from Windows 10

Quick Settings Menu (via WIN + A or the network and sound indicator on the taskbar) doesn't show properly after upgrading from Windows 10 21H1 via Windows Update Prompt. No issues opening Settings app or such.After clicking it takes a lot of time (15-20 sec) in loading the popup, it shows a tiny dark empty square and after a brief moment disappears. The calendar view takes roughly the same time to cold start after reboot but after that shows properly every time.On Event Log it registers a crash in ShellExperienceHost, logged below.Already tried SFC command and DISM cleaning commands, resetting
