Hello : the subject line says it all. Quicken, which I've been using for several years quite happily, suddenly stopped working. All that happens when I try to start it up is the appearance of an error message which reads : "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem." Quicken support tells me that it's a Microsoft issue and that Visual Basic needs re-installing to resolve the issue. Can somebody help me to do this? Oddly, I can find several copies of MSVCR100.dll dotted around my laptop, although none in any folders related to the Quicken application. Any help would me much appreciated.
