Windows 11 RAM gradually filling itself up.

I have windows 11 and when i start up my pc it fills the RAM up by itself. It start at 15-20% and goes up to 100%. i have 32GB of RAM. when it is full it also uses max disk. the pc gets really slow when the ram is full.
