had a problem with a bunch software like : Sketchup, Adobe Family (Premiere Pro, After Effect), and also Lumion 10 that not smoothly running while ram usage still 50. for example i create a 3D things in Sketchup and Lumion while ram usage still 50 but very laggy. it's like windows has limited ram usage and cant push to the max performance (note: i've already activate performance mode)my ram is 16GB
