Windows 10 Ran into a memory error, can't boot even from external drive. Is there any way I could fix this?

I was trying to create a bootable drive and the system couldn't read the USB, so I have tried all the steps mentioned in Microsoft help pages. Nothing seemed to be working then at last I have tried to edit the registery files then I ran into an memory error. (0xc0000225). Not able to enable secure mode with cmd or recovery menu.Getting a memory error while trying to boot from hard drive as well. (Something like this same with both normal boot and booting from drive: Installed memory is less than memory on the drive)
