Windows 11 Random and frequent BSOD crashes - most of them mentioning ntoskrnl.exe

For the past few months, my laptop has been getting various BSOD crashes such as IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, and SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED but the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL seems to be the most common one. The crashes happen randomly in general, but I have noticed the system crashes more often when it is not using a lot of resources or when the system is idle.I have tried running the Windows Memory Diagnostic, checking for errors with System File Checker (SFC /scannow), updating my drivers (both through the device manager and through a third-party program), and
