Windows 11 Random blank Notepad document named RPCACheck.tm popping up on Desktop after start pc.

I accidentally downloaded malware from a popup website because I was not paying attention. The malware that was downloaded consisted of McAfee, Taskbarify, along with some other "virus protection" software's. I scanned my computer, combed through installed apps and removed all programs from that download.After that I thought I was safe until I realized my computer was running its CPU at 100% during processes that usually have it around 46%-54% (gaming lol) and so I started combing through my task manager to see what the issue was.
